  Location: Children's Memorial Park, 4851 N. 15th Place (less than a block west on River Rd past Oracle to the large Children's Memorial Park sign. Turn south through residential area to park).

  Specifics: Please bring a dish your family enjoys and chairs for your family and friends. Hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks will be furnished by TCF. Also the balloons will be supplied by TCF.
